Community guidelines
How we expect members to treat each other, in messages and in the room.
Draft principles
- Be who you say you are. Impersonation and shared accounts aren't allowed.
- Keep messages about the work. No spam, harassment or discrimination.
- Keep payment and contact on-platform until a booking is confirmed.
- Show up on time, and cancel early if you must. Late cancellations are counted.
- Describe services, prices and credits honestly.
- Report fraud, harassment, off-platform payment requests or anything unsafe.
What happens when guidelines are broken
Moderators review reports and can warn, suspend or ban members. Every moderation action is recorded with a reason.
