Pros set their own prices, and clients pay no booking fees. You see the price, any deposit and the cancellation policy before you send a request.
What it costs

- Browse every pro, price and profile, and start one conversation. No card needed.
- Member (clients)
- $11.99 a month or $119 a year: request sessions, message any pro, book talk-first calls and leave reviews.
- Standard (pros)
- Free to list. 10% commission on each booking.
- Pro (pros)
- $29 a month. 7% commission and featured placement in search.
- Booking fees for clients
- None. You pay the session price you see.
Deposits
A pro can ask for a deposit as a percentage of the price. It's shown before you request, and it isn't refunded once the booking is confirmed.
If the pro cancels, you get the full session price back, deposit included, and the cancellation counts against their record.
Cancellation refunds
Each pro picks one of three policies, and it's locked onto your booking when you send the request. This is the share of the price you get back if you cancel. A deposit is never refunded.
