Help & FAQ
Quick answers about verifying, booking and staying safe.
Getting started
Do I need an account to look around?
No. Anyone can search and view pro profiles and services. You'll verify when you want to message, request a session or leave a review.
What does verification involve?
Confirm your email, confirm a US mobile number with a text code, then match a government photo ID to a live selfie. It takes about two minutes.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. You must be 18 or older. The identity check confirms it from your ID.
Can I both book and offer services?
Yes. One account does both. Add a pro profile and switch to Pro mode whenever you need it; your verification, ratings and inbox stay the same.
Where is Session Master available?
In the United States. In-person services are listed by area, and remote services are open to clients anywhere in the US.
Booking
How do I book a session?
Open a service, pick a duration and a time from the pro's open slots, choose where it happens and send the request. Some pros accept instantly; others have 48 hours to reply before the request expires.
Why can't I message a pro directly?
Every conversation starts from a specific service or booking request. That keeps messages about real work and stops spam.
Why are phone numbers and links hidden in messages?
Contact details are shared after a booking is confirmed. Until then, emails, phone numbers and links are hidden automatically.
What is a talk-first call?
Either side can ask for a short phone, video or in-person call before a booking is confirmed. If either of you turns it on, the call happens first.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Your refund depends on the pro's cancellation policy and how far ahead you cancel. You see the policy before you request. If the pro cancels, you get the full session price back.
Reviews and safety
Who can leave a review?
Only the two people in a completed booking, within 14 days. Reviews stay hidden until both of you submit, or the 14 days pass.
Can a pro remove a bad review?
No. A pro can post one public reply. Staff hide a review only if it breaks the review policy.
How do I report someone?
Use Report on their profile, service, review or message. You can also block them, which hides you from each other and closes the conversation.
