How the product handles data today
- Identity checks run through Stripe Identity. We keep the result and Stripe's reference, never ID images, selfies or your date of birth.
- Your phone number is shared with the other party only once a booking is confirmed. A studio's address is shared only for a confirmed booking at that studio.
- Client profiles aren't public. Only pros you're talking to can see them.
- Location in search uses an approximate area, not your exact address.
- Photo uploads have location and camera data removed before they're published.
